8. Don’t watch too much TV
If you spend all your time sitting around watching TV, then there will never be enough time to accomplish everything that needs to be done in the day.
9. Have good hygiene

If you want to do something, act like you already have done it a million times. Most of the time people will believe that you are confident in what your doing and will leave you alone about trying new things.
So give yourself some credit and start living up to your own expectations.
13. Don’t hold grudges
Learn to forgive and move on from things that have happened in the past. It can be hard but once you do it will give you a sense of relief knowing that you aren’t carrying those feelings around with you everyday.
14. Have faith (in yourself and in others)
Having faith in others can be tricky. You want to believe that everyone has good intentions but sometimes that isn’t the case.
But you should always at least trust in your friends and family no matter what happens, because they will always have your back and you’ll need it when things don’t go as planned.

Change is inevitable, there’s nothing that you can do to stop it from happening. So instead of being scared about all the changes that are going to happen throughout your lifetime, realize that they are only going to make you a stronger person.
